Delivery policy
DELIVERY POLICY
Methods, areas, lead times and costs of delivery
1. General
This Delivery Policy is an integral part of the GTC.
2. Delivery areas
• Republic of Slovenia – entire territory;
• other EU Member States.
3. Delivery methods
• standard delivery by chosen courier;
• express delivery (where available);
• parcel locker or pick-up point (where available);
• personal collection at the Provider's premises by appointment.
4. Production time
Standard goods (products without imprinting) are dispatched from stock; the delivery times in point 5 apply.
For goods requiring personalisation, customisation or imprinting (in particular custom-imprinted keyboards, bespoke configurations, special components), production time of up to 21 days is added to the delivery time.
The lead time starts on the day the Provider confirms the order to the Customer and receives the payment or the agreed advance payment.
The exact lead time is always confirmed in the Provider’s order confirmation.
5. Delivery time – transit
Area | Estimated delivery time |
Slovenia | 1–3 working days |
Neighbouring EU (HR, AT, IT, HU) | 3–5 working days |
Other EU | 5–10 working days |
6. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are shown in the cart before checkout and depend on destination, weight, dimensions, value and chosen delivery method.
7. Shipment tracking
After dispatch, the Provider sends the Customer the shipment details (tracking number, carrier, tracking link).
8. Receipt of goods
The Customer is required to receive the goods within the carrier's deadlines. If the shipment is not collected and returned, the Provider may charge the actual costs of delivery and return. This does not affect the consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal (except for customised goods).
9. Delivery-related complaints
Complaints regarding delivery defects (damaged packaging, missing items, wrong goods) are governed by the Complaint Procedure.
