6. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes
In accordance with Article 32(3) of the Slovenian Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS), the provider informs consumers that it does NOT recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent to resolve consumer disputes that the consumer could initiate under that act.
The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228) and is therefore no longer available. A list of consumer dispute resolution bodies in the Member States is published by the European Commission; consumers may in any event bring their claim before the competent court.
Disputes are otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules grant the consumer different or more favourable jurisdiction.
7. Governing law and language
The use of the website and all relationships arising from the use of the website and/or from orders placed through it are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The official language of business relationships is Slovenian, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, Vienna Convention 1980) is expressly excluded.
