1. Who is responsible
Controller: TIPRO d.o.o. (TIPRO Ltd.), Ljubljanska cesta 64, 1290 Grosuplje, Slovenia, registration no. 5448441000. Data protection contact: gdpr@tipro.si.
Processor: DG1 Group Holdings Inc, which provides and hosts the online shop platform on behalf of TIPRO and processes data only on TIPRO's instructions under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR). Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on [EU–US Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses – to be confirmed by DG1].

2. What are cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. It allows the website to recognise your device and remember certain information. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work in the same way and are covered by this policy.
3. Legal basis
- Article 225 of the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2), which governs the storing of and access to information on users' devices;
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2);
- guidelines of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) and the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent, because the shop cannot work without them. All other cookies are set only after you have given your consent for the respective category. You can refuse them without any effect on your ability to browse and buy in the shop.

YouTube videos are loaded only after you allow functional cookies; until then a placeholder is shown that you can click to load the video. 4.3 Analytics Consent required
Help us understand how visitors use the shop so we can improve it. Set only if you allow "Analytics cookies". Until then Google Analytics runs in consent mode: it sets no cookies and sends Google only anonymous, cookieless signals (no identifier) for aggregated statistics.

5. Managing and withdrawing consent
On your first visit a cookie banner lets you accept all, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose individual categories. No non-essential category is pre-selected.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by clicking Manage settings at the bottom of this page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
